  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  2. Coordinate and assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and reviewing resumes.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
  5. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  6. Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  8. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Assist with employee performance evaluations and provide support for performance management processes.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
  12. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  13. Work closely with other departments and managers to provide HR support and address any employee-related issues.
  14. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Hr Coordination Or Administrative Support Role.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
