  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing documents.
  2. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
  5. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate submission of employee information.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper coordination and communication on HR-related matters.
  7. Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives and projects.
  8. Assist in the planning and execution of employee events and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  10. Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership as needed.
  12. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the HR team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Coordination Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Hr Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday.

  • Excellent Communication, Organization, And Problem-Solving Skills.
