- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing documents.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate submission of employee information.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper coordination and communication on HR-related matters.
- Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee events and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership as needed.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the HR team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Coordination Or A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Compliance Requirements.
Proficiency In Hr Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday.
Excellent Communication, Organization, And Problem-Solving Skills.
