Our Human Resources Consulting division is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales-Enablement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell our HR consulting services.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the growth of the Human Resources Consulting division.
  2. Collaborate with sales leadership to understand their needs and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
  3. Design and deliver sales training programs to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell HR consulting services.
  4. Create and maintain a repository of sales tools, including presentations, case studies, and other collateral, to support the sales process.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and develop targeted sales strategies to reach them.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns that support sales efforts.
  8. Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  10. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  11. Lead and manage a team of sales enablement specialists to execute on sales enablement initiatives.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support sales efforts and drive business growth.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for enhancements.
  14. Represent the Human Resources Consulting division at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of Marsh & McLennan Companies and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.

  • Proven Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Success In Sales, With A Minimum Of 5 Years’ Experience In A B2B Sales Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Consultative Selling And Be Able To Effectively Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.

  • Hr Consulting Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Hr Consulting Industry, Including Current Trends And Challenges. They Should Have Experience Working With Hr Teams And Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Consulting Services To Hr Professionals.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: The Sales-Enablement Manager Will Be Responsible For Delivering Presentations, Conducting Sales Meetings, And Developing Sales Collateral. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Clients.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals, So The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Foster A Collaborative Team Environment.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Sales-Enablement Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Sales Strategies To Drive Business Growth.
