- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and success for the HR Consulting division.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Train and educate sales teams on HR consulting services and value proposition, enabling them to effectively sell to clients.
- Create and maintain sales materials, presentations, and resources to support sales efforts.
- Work closely with HR consultants to identify and target potential clients, and assist in developing proposals and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress towards targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new sales programs and initiatives.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote services and build relationships.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of the HR consulting landscape to better serve clients and promote the company's services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Client Relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Consulting Sales Or Sales-Enablement Role.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Growth And Achieving Revenue Targets.
