  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for HR consulting services.
  2. Collaborate with sales and HR consulting teams to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform sales strategies.
  4. Train and support sales teams to effectively sell HR consulting services and stay informed on service offerings.
  5. Create and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and case studies.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  7. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Coordinate with marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  9. Stay informed on competitor offerings and pricing to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on HR consulting services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  11. Monitor and track progress towards sales goals and provide regular updates to senior management.
  12. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company's HR consulting services and how they align with client needs.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and innovate sales processes and strategies.
  14. Serve as a leader and mentor to junior sales team members, providing guidance and support.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field. A Higher Degree Or Certification In Sales Or Sales Management Is A Plus.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Preferably In A Hr Consulting Or Professional Services Setting.

  • Demonstrated Success In Developing And Executing Sales Enablement Strategies, Including Training And Coaching Programs For Sales Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Hr Consulting Industry And Market Trends, As Well As Experience Working With Hr And C-Suite Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Sales Teams, Hr Consultants, And Senior Leadership.
