  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Utilize knowledge and expertise of health and benefits products to advise clients on the best solutions for their needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in order to effectively communicate and educate clients on potential impacts to their benefits plans.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and account management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  8. Participate in networking events and conferences to expand client base and promote the company's services.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM system.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the sales function.
  11. Collaborate with team members and provide support and mentorship to junior sales professionals.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its reputation in the market.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's mission and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Health And Benefits Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Employee Benefits, Healthcare Laws And Regulations, And Industry Trends

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Relationships With Clients

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Complex Concepts To Clients And Stakeholders.
