- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize knowledge and expertise of health and benefits products to advise clients on the best solutions for their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and account management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Participate in networking events and conferences to expand client base and promote the company's services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM system.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the sales function.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support and mentorship to junior sales professionals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Health And Benefits Industry
Strong Understanding Of Employee Benefits, Healthcare Laws And Regulations, And Industry Trends
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Relationships With Clients
