  1. Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Lead and manage business development initiatives, including proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively promote them to potential clients.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
  9. Analyze and report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the company's commercial strategy.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals and objectives for the commercial strategy department.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Commercial Strategy And Business Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Commercial Strategy And Business Development, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Commercial Strategies That Have Resulted In Significant Revenue Growth For Their Previous Employers.

  • Strategic Mindset And Analytical Skills: The Head Of Commercial Strategy & Business Development Will Be Responsible For Identifying New Market Opportunities, Analyzing Market Trends And Competitors, And Making Strategic Recommendations To Drive Business Growth. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And A Strategic Mindset.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Leader, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Manage Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internally And Externally. They Should Also Possess Strong Leadership Qualities And Be Able To Lead And Motivate A Team Towards Achieving Business Goals.
