
Global Benefits Coordinator
Marsh & McLennan Companies is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Global Benefits Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Administer global employee benefits programs in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all program requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation.
- Monitor and analyze employee benefits programs for cost-effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement with benefits programs.
- Provide accurate and timely customer service to employees inquiring about their benefits.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery of benefits programs.
- Monitor and manage benefits program budgets.
- Develop and deliver presentations and training to educate employees on available benefits programs.
