Marsh & McLennan Companies is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Global Benefits Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to make a real impact within our organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for administering a variety of global employee benefits programs, ensuring all program requirements are met. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work with a global team, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Requirements for this position include: • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• A minimum of three years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a global environment• Proven experience with benefits administration software• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentIf you have the necessary qualifications and are looking for an opportunity to use your expertise to make a meaningful difference, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer global employee benefits programs in accordance with company standards.
  2. Ensure all program requirements are met.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits programs.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation.
  5. Monitor and analyze employee benefits programs for cost-effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement with benefits programs.
  7. Provide accurate and timely customer service to employees inquiring about their benefits.
  8. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent delivery of benefits programs.
  9. Monitor and manage benefits program budgets.
  10. Develop and deliver presentations and training to educate employees on available benefits programs.
