- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's office facilities.
- Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of employees and clients.
- Proactively identify and address any facility-related issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of facility issues.
- Manage and track facility-related expenses and stay within budget.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments to understand their facility needs and address any issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of maintenance and repairs for all facilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all facility-related activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on facility operations and present them to management as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the facilities team and across departments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to facility management.
- Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Coordination Or Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Health And Safety Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Proficient In Project Management And Budgeting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Stakeholders And Vendors.
