
Executive Benefits Sales Consultant
Marsh & McLennan Companies is looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Benefits Sales Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. We seek a creative and organized individual who is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of corporate benefits packages. If you have a knack for problem solving and an interest in developing relationships with clients, this is the perfect position for you. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the benefits sales/consulting industry, including knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of employee benefits and retirement plans. This individual should have a strong background in sales and possess the ability to understand clients’ needs while delivering tailored solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. We are looking for someone who is self-disciplined and able to work independently, yet also collaborate with others to ensure the highest quality of service. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to their corporate benefits packages.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to create creative solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Work independently and collaboratively with others to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and making professional presentations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Utilize knowledge of principles, techniques, and practices of employee benefits and retirement plans to provide the best solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and resolve any disputes efficiently.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest trends in the benefits sales/consulting industry.
