We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Actuarial Consulting team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative and logistical support to our team of actuaries, while also serving as a key liaison between the team and our clients. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.   1. Act as the main point of contact for the Actuarial Consulting team, managing all incoming inquiries and requests.
  2. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expense reports.
  3. Maintain and organize confidential client and team information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  4. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the team.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the team and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  7. Manage the team's calendar, proactively identifying and addressing conflicts or potential issues.
  8. Anticipate the needs of the team and proactively take action to support their work.
  9. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  10. Conduct research and gather data to support the team's projects and initiatives.
  11. Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
  12. Monitor and manage the team's budget and expenses.
  13. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  14. Take ownership of special projects and assignments as needed.
  15. Stay informed on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and support to the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Within The Actuarial Consulting Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Actuarial Concepts And Principles, Including Experience With Actuarial Software And Tools.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients, Team Members, And Senior Executives In A Professional And Effective Manner.
