- Design and implement enterprise performance management solutions that align with business goals and drive business performance.
- Lead the development and maintenance of performance management architecture, frameworks, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and design solutions that meet complex business challenges.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in enterprise performance management.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the solution development and implementation process.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of performance management strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to identify and leverage new technologies and tools.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to performance management solutions.
- Train and mentor team members on performance management processes and tools.
- Play a key role in driving strategic decision making by providing insights and recommendations based on performance management data and analysis.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management solutions, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to performance management and ensure all solutions are in compliance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the integration and compatibility of performance management solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of performance management initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise performance management and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise Performance Management (Epm) Solutions, Including Proficiency In Epm Software Such As Oracle Hyperion, Ibm Cognos, Or Sap Bpc.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis Processes And Methodologies, With A Focus On Budgeting, Forecasting, And Reporting.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Large-Scale Epm Projects, Including Managing Project Timelines, Budgets, And Stakeholder Expectations.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Innovative Solutions To Complex Business Challenges.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
