- Develop and implement a comprehensive modernization strategy for Marsh & McLennan Companies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify areas for modernization and drive organizational change
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for the modernization strategy
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices for modernization, and use this information to inform the strategy
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for modernization initiatives
