  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs and improve overall client experience.

  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client engagement strategies.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of engagement specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  9. Develop and manage budgets and resources for client engagement initiatives.
  10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and develop strategies for business growth.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the company's engagement processes and systems.
  14. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client-Facing Roles, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
