- Provide expert guidance to clients on employee benefits and wellness programs to help them attract, retain, and engage their employees.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand the current market trends and provide insights to clients on how to navigate the complex world of employee benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement innovative and strategic employee benefits and wellness programs for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest regulations and industry developments related to employee benefits and communicate any changes to clients.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients to educate them on their employee benefits options and how to best utilize them.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and support in the development of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing employee benefits and wellness programs to ensure they meet the changing needs of clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay connected with industry leaders and expand the company's network.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and tools related to employee benefits and wellness programs to provide the best solutions to clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Employee Benefits Consulting Or A Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Health And Benefits
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting
