- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide personalized consulting services for their employee health and benefits needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client's current employee benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Design and implement customized employee health and benefits programs that align with client's business goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits and incorporate them into client solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on the value and impact of their employee health and benefits programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to clients on complex benefit issues and challenges.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of employee health and benefits programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during open enrollment periods and any other benefits-related events.
- Stay informed on competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities for the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project progress.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Healthcare Management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Health And Benefits Consulting, Preferably At A Large Consulting Firm Or Insurance Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Clients.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (Cebs) Or Chartered Healthcare Consultant (Chhc) Highly Preferred.
