- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to all applicable employee health and benefits regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of employee benefit programs to identify and address any compliance issues or potential risks.
- Keep up-to-date with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to employee health and benefits compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure consistent and compliant practices across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on compliance-related matters and serve as a subject matter expert on employee health and benefits regulations.
- Develop and deliver trainings and materials to educate employees and managers on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related activities and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and requests for information as needed.
- Proactively identify potential compliance risks and work to mitigate them through appropriate actions and measures.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the company's compliance program.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality and timely support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Benefits Compliance, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Consulting Firm.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Aca, Hipaa, And Fmla.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulations And Provide Solutions To Ensure Compliance.
Experience With Managing And Implementing Compliance Programs, As Well As Conducting Audits And Providing Training To Company Employees.
