- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in employee benefits regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client data and prepare reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Create and deliver informative presentations to clients on employee benefits plans, services, and updates.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Ensure all client information and data is accurately entered and maintained in the company's systems.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes to enhance the overall client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employee Benefits Administration And Client Service.
Extensive Knowledge Of Employee Benefits Plans, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building And Maintaining Client Relationships.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Clients And Tasks Simultaneously.
