  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their employee benefits needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the employee benefits landscape to ensure the best possible recommendations for clients.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and underwriters, to provide comprehensive and innovative employee benefits packages.
  4. Conduct thorough analyses of client data and present findings and recommendations to clients.
  5. Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of employee benefits.
  7. Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and network with potential clients.
  8. Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reporting and updates to management on client activity and performance.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in employee benefits consulting.
  13. Represent Marsh & McLennan Companies with the utmost professionalism and uphold the company's values and reputation.

Job Qualifications
