As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering employee benefits programs for our clients.   1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding employee benefits programs.
  2. Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  4. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations to ensure our clients' benefits programs are competitive and compliant.
  6. Communicate with insurance providers, vendors, and other external partners to negotiate and manage benefits plans and costs.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of new employee benefits programs.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and their employees, answering any questions or concerns related to benefits.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to benefits administration.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in regards to benefits.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to employee benefits administration.
  13. Train and educate employees on benefits programs and changes.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, And Hipaa.

  • Experience With Benefits Administration Software And Platforms, Such As Workday Or Adp, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
