Discovery and Information Governance Counsel

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal framework governing discovery and information governance and have the ability to provide comprehensive, practical, and creative solutions for our business.To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in discovery and information governance functions. You must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are also essential. 4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Analyze and solve complex legal issues.
6. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with legal obligations and applicable laws.
8. Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
9. Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
10. Provide training and guidance to staff on discovery and information governance matters.
