  1. Develop and implement loss control strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of loss control professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-quality work and achievement of targets.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize clients' risks and develop customized loss control solutions.
  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to continuously improve and adapt loss control strategies.
  6. Communicate and educate clients on loss control best practices, policies, and procedures to promote a culture of safety and risk mitigation.
  7. Conduct training and workshops for clients and colleagues on topics related to risk assessment, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and accurate information on loss control performance and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, risk trends, and loss control strategies.
  10. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to risk management and loss control, and integrate them into the company's practices and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance And Risk Management Principles.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Loss Control Or Risk Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Safety And Health, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Associate In Risk Management (Arm).

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Loss Control Strategies And Programs To Reduce Risk And Prevent Losses.
