1. Assist clients in designing and implementing defined contribution plans that align with their financial goals and objectives.
2. Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
3. Conduct thorough analysis of client's current financial situation and make recommendations for improvements.
4. Educate clients on the importance of retirement savings and the benefits of defined contribution plans.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to defined contribution plans.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing management of client plans.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert on defined contribution plans, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
8. Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients and employees on retirement planning and defined contribution plans.
9. Identify and address any potential issues or concerns related to client plans.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of client plans, making adjustments as needed.

13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and plan details.
14. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
