- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and claims specialists, to design and implement comprehensive risk management programs.

- Continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery and relationship management.
