We are currently seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our Regulatory Governance Office. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management.   1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  3. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
  6. Stay current on regulatory changes and developments, and communicate potential impacts to the organization.
  7. Investigate and address any compliance violations or concerns.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities.
  9. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  10. Foster a culture of compliance within the organization by promoting ethical and compliant business practices.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for external regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance efforts.
  13. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and maintain a strong compliance program.
  14. Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend improvements to the organization's compliance program.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance to management and staff as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Regulatory Governance, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act, And Sec Regulations.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs, Policies, And Procedures.
