We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Sr. Account Executive to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. As a key member of our company, you will be responsible for managing, developing and servicing complex accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional service, value, and results to our clients.Our ideal candidate is an energetic, customer-service-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping customers. You should have a background in commercial insurance and a thorough understanding of the industry and associated regulations. You must also possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effortlessly build relationships with clients.If you have a desire to leverage your expertise in commercial insurance and grow with us, we look forward to reviewing your application.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Manage, develop, and service complex commercial insurance accounts.
  3. Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Monitor insurance markets and keep up to date with industry regulations and trends.
  5. Negotiate and implement customer contracts.
  6. Ensure that customer accounts are maintained and serviced in accordance with company standards.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer accounts.
  9. Identify sales opportunities and take proactive steps to close sales.
  10. Prepare and present reports to management.
