
Commercial Sr. Account Executive
Marsh & McLennan Companies is looking for a motivated and dedicated Commercial Sr. Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the commercial insurance industry, with a thorough understanding of the insurance markets, products and services.The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve maximum results. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the insurance industry and can build lasting relationships with our clients.The Commercial Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for client-facing activities, from sales to service, for our Marsh & McLennan Companies’ clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a strong technical knowledge of the insurance industry, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, be knowledgeable of the insurance markets, and have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field. We are also looking for someone who has a current Property and Casualty License and has experience in the areas of sales, marketing, and service. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through sales and service activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Analyze and research insurance markets, products, and services.
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Maintain current Property and Casualty License.
- Gather and analyze client data to develop risk management and insurance programs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other documentation.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with insurance companies.
- Monitor and manage client accounts.
- Travel up to 30% of the time.
