- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and ensure all policies are up-to-date and accurately reflect the needs of each client.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business and risk management needs in order to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to negotiate and secure the best coverage and rates for clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of policies to identify any potential gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and manage the renewal process for assigned accounts, including negotiating terms and rates with carriers.
- Work closely with claims representatives to assist clients with any insurance claims and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Lines Insurance, Preferably In An Account Management Or Customer Service Role.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Products And Coverage, Including Property, Casualty, And Liability.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Underwriters, And Team Members.
Proficiency In Insurance Software And Technology, Such As Microsoft Office And Agency Management Systems.
