Job Description

Marsh & McLennan Companies is looking for a dedicated and personable Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

  7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.

  14. Collaborate with other departments within the company to address client needs and concerns.
