  1. Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, serving as their main point of contact and building strong relationships with them.
  2. Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their individual requirements.
  3. Work closely with clients to ensure they have a deep understanding of their insurance coverage and provide guidance on any necessary updates or changes.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the client portfolio.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the personal insurance market to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.
  7. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and support in their insurance decision-making process.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions in the company's database.
  9. Meet and exceed performance targets, including retention rates and revenue growth, as set by the company.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
  11. Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and assist in the development of proposals and presentations.
  12. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Personal Lines Insurance: A Client Manager Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Personal Lines Insurance Products, Including Homeowners, Auto, And Personal Liability Coverage. This Knowledge Is Essential For Effectively Advising Clients And Identifying Their Individual Coverage Needs.
