- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

- Conduct regular client meetings to review account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Manage and negotiate contracts and renewals with clients.

- Meet and exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Management Or Account Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Insurance And Risk Management Principles.
