We are currently seeking a talented and driven Client Manager to join our Employee Health & Benefits team. As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their employee health and benefits needs are met and exceeded. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong background in benefits consulting and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and meeting their employee health and benefits needs.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing timely updates on account status.
  3. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account performance, discuss solutions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans and solutions for clients.
  5. Utilize in-depth knowledge of employee health and benefits to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  7. Review and analyze client data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform clients and drive innovative solutions.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  10. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Healthcare Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Health And Benefits Management, Preferably In A Client-Facing Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employee Benefits Programs, Including But Not Limited To Health Insurance, Retirement Plans, And Wellness Initiatives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Client Accounts, Meeting Performance Goals, And Driving Client Satisfaction.
