- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Understand and analyze clients' risk management needs and provide customized solutions to address their specific concerns.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly and effectively to their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement risk management strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate information.
- Monitor and manage clients' accounts, including renewals, claims, and payments.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and upselling within existing client accounts.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of clients' risk profiles to identify potential areas of improvement.
- Communicate any issues or concerns raised by clients to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Attend networking events and conferences to expand client base and promote the company's services.
- Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates through exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for client management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
- Proactively identify and address any potential risks or compliance issues related to client accounts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Management Or Account Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge Of The Insurance Industry, Including Risk Management And Employee Benefits.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Growth For Clients.
