- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and update client information and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and goals.
- Monitor and track client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, escalating to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting trust and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to insurance and risk management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and other activities for clients and team members.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services.
- Prepare and process client invoices and payments, documenting all transactions accurately.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and systems to enhance the client experience.
- Attend training and professional development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to support overall company objectives and goals.
- Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Client Relationship Management Or Administrative Roles.
