The Marsh & McLennan Companies are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Catastrophe Risk Modeling Workflow Coordinator. As a key member of our Risk Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our catastrophe risk modeling workflow.The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in catastrophe risk modeling or a similar field. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a must. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and track the progress and performance of the catastrophe risk modeling workflow.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the workflow process.
  3. Monitor customer service and client-facing activities, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Liaise with internal teams to ensure that the catastrophe risk modeling workflow is functioning efficiently and effectively.
  5. Provide technical support to clients and colleagues regarding the catastrophe risk modeling workflow.
  6. Train new staff on the catastrophe risk modeling workflow.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments in catastrophe risk modeling.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for the workflow process.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot problems within the workflow process.
  10. Monitor and analyze data related to the workflow process.
