Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the progress and performance of the catastrophe risk modeling workflow.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the workflow process.
- Monitor customer service and client-facing activities, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure that the catastrophe risk modeling workflow is functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues regarding the catastrophe risk modeling workflow.
