5. Maintain accurate records of clients’ progress and updates to action plans.
6. Utilize database management systems to track progress on clients’ action plans.
7. Teach clients job search techniques and strategies.
8. Provide guidance and coaching to clients as they pursue their career goals.
9. Assist clients in identifying and applying for job opportunities.
10. Monitor clients’ progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
