  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support in managing their insurance needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses and anticipating their insurance needs.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' risk exposure and insurance coverage to identify potential gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized insurance programs that meet clients' specific needs.
  6. Communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate information.
  8. Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
  9. Monitor and review insurance policies to ensure they provide adequate coverage and address any changes in clients' businesses.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding the company's business with existing clients.
  12. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential new business opportunities and support in the development of proposals and presentations.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining Large, Complex Client Accounts

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Risk Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Industry, Specifically In Client Management Or Account Management Role

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Insurance Products And Services, Including Property And Casualty, Employee Benefits, And Executive Liability
