- Provide administrative support to account managers by maintaining client files, preparing documents, and responding to client inquiries.
- Assist in the management and renewal of client policies by coordinating with insurers, reviewing policies, and ensuring accuracy of information.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Conduct research and analysis to support client needs and provide recommendations for coverage options.
- Collaborate with account managers to develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide knowledgeable support to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to insurance industry and company processes.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives by completing assigned tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In The Insurance Industry, Preferably In A Client-Facing Role.
Knowledge Of Commercial Insurance Policies, Coverages, And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Clients And Internal Team Members.
