- Design and implement competitive and attractive compensation packages for employees.
- Manage and regularly review existing benefits and compensation programs to ensure they remain competitive and meet the needs of employees.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in benefits and compensation.
- Use data analysis and insights to inform decision-making and make recommendations for improvements to current programs.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of benefits and compensation programs with company goals and values.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to explain benefits and compensation programs and address any questions or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to support the company's benefits and compensation programs.
- Manage and oversee the annual benefits enrollment process and ensure accurate and timely communication to employees.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related benefits and compensation transactions.
- Lead and participate in special projects related to benefits and compensation, such as mergers and acquisitions or changes in legislation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to benefits and compensation.
- Train and educate HR and management on benefits and compensation policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of benefits and compensation programs.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on benefits and compensation strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team and across the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits And Compensation Analysis, Design, And Management.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits And Compensation, Including Erisa, Flsa, And Aca.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
