  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of employee benefit plans and regulations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement customized employee benefit programs that meet their unique needs and objectives.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in benefit regulations to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
  4. Communicate complex benefit information to clients in a clear and concise manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  5. Manage the day-to-day administration of benefit plans, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of benefit plans, and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuaries, consultants, and legal professionals, to deliver comprehensive benefit solutions to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and benefit plan data.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing employee benefit programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably Within A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Hipaa, And Cobra.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Hr Colleagues, Vendors, And Employees.
