  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to address complex cyber risks faced by clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats and insurance to provide innovative and relevant solutions.
  4. Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the company to develop comprehensive and integrated cyber risk management strategies.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on ways to mitigate cyber risks.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on cyber risk and insurance, providing guidance and training to colleagues and clients.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations to clients and industry groups on cyber risk and insurance topics.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services and offerings.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's capabilities and expertise in the cyber risk space.
  11. Monitor and analyze cyber risk data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement for clients.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to cyber risk and insurance.
  13. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the FinPro (Cyber) division.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
  15. Lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Cyber Insurance Industry.
