  1. Provide legal counsel and guidance on benefits and executive compensation programs to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives related to benefits and executive compensation.
  3. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current on relevant laws and regulations and advise on potential impact to the company.
  4. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to benefits and executive compensation.
  5. Manage and resolve legal disputes and claims related to benefits and executive compensation.
  6. Participate in negotiations and provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external partners to understand business needs and provide effective legal solutions.
  8. Train and educate employees on benefits and executive compensation programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  9. Collaborate with HR and other departments to review and update benefits and executive compensation policies and procedures.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to benefits and executive compensation and make recommendations to improve company programs.
  11. Assist with other legal projects and duties as assigned by the General Counsel.

Job Qualifications
  • Law Degree From An Accredited Institution And Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Executive Compensation And Employee Benefits, Including Experience With Erisa, Tax Laws, And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Governance And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Work With Senior Executives, Board Members, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Provide Strategic Guidance And Manage Complex Legal Issues Related To Executive Compensation And Benefits Programs.
