AR Analyst with English

1. Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records.
2. Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable balances.
3. Review and analyze customer payment histories and patterns.
4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
5. Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
6. Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and past due payments.
7. Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
8. Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to general ledger.
9. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
11. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve billing and payment issues.
12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable processes.
13. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
14. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to accounts receivable.
15. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall department performance.
16. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
