  1. Serve as a subject matter expert in actuarial science, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
  2. Lead and manage a team of actuaries, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  3. Utilize advanced actuarial techniques and models to assess and analyze risk for clients.
  4. Develop and implement innovative solutions to help clients manage and mitigate risk, taking into account market trends and regulatory requirements.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored and effective solutions.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply them to improve processes and drive business growth.
  7. Oversee the preparation and delivery of actuarial reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure a holistic approach to risk management for clients.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and auditors.
  10. Manage projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall actuarial function within the company.
  11. Train and develop junior actuaries, providing ongoing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
  13. Represent the company in industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and capabilities to potential clients.
  14. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  15. Stay informed of emerging trends and advancements in actuarial science and proactively identify potential opportunities for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Fsa Or Fcas Designation From The Society Of Actuaries Or Casualty Actuarial Society.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Actuarial Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Position.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Deep Understanding Of Actuarial Principles And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Interact With Clients And Stakeholders.
