  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve actuarial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Actuarial Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Analysis, Preferably Within The Health Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Insights.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Present Findings And Recommendations To Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
