- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective insurance solutions for clients, utilizing knowledge of company products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and use this information to make recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and insurance policies.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, evaluate risk, and determine appropriate insurance coverage.
- Negotiate insurance terms and pricing with clients, while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, providing guidance and support throughout the entire insurance process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Attend industry conferences and events to expand knowledge and network with potential clients.
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in delivering services to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, Preferably In A Business Insurance Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Coverage, Including Property, Casualty, And Liability.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Analyze And Present Data Effectively.
