- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, proactively addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insurance policies and related documents.
- Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify potential upsell opportunities and provide recommendations to increase coverage or add additional services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide clients with relevant and accurate information.
- Handle client inquiries and claims, providing timely and efficient resolution.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts and generate new leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on insurance products and services.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Represent Marsh & McLennan Companies in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Similar Role In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Commercial Insurance Products And Coverage.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Underwriters.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
