Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of retirement professionals in providing high-quality customer service and pension-related solutions to Marsh & McLennan Companies.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and services that will ensure our clients’ retirement goals are met.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of retirement services industry regulations and trends.
- Monitor performance of retirement services team and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Create reports and presentations to present to clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Prepare and manage budgets for retirement services.
- Remain up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in the retirement services industry.
