- Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the Business Insurance division.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients and identify potential areas of vulnerability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Proactively monitor and analyze industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure clients are adequately protected.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and make recommendations for coverage adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and reports to clients.
- Stay updated on industry developments and continuously improve knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the division.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand client base.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Business Insurance Products And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Portfolio Of Accounts.
