- Manage policy renewals for clients by ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain and update client records in a systematic and organized manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with insurance brokers to ensure smooth and efficient servicing of client accounts.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations, and proactively communicate them to clients and brokers.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in client accounts.
- Assist in preparing and presenting reports and presentations to clients and brokers.
- Act as a liaison between clients, brokers, and insurance carriers to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the Insurance Operations department.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Insurance Operations Or Account Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Industry And Its Regulations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Relevant Insurance Software.
